Description

Do you find yourself sometimes getting easily distracted? Do you feel stressed out, burned out, or overwhelmed? Or have you been struggling to deal with chronic pain? Today’s workers face unprecedented rates of change in industries that range from manufacturing to technology to the financial sector—and many of us don’t have the skills to navigate all of our demands successfully. If you can relate to any of the above, join us for this incredibly important program in mindfulness meditation, and learn how to apply the practice to some of the obstacles we face as busy and engaged professionals.

As part of the class, participants receive a comprehensive e-course book providing explanations and tips for students. Also, each student receives a set of Downloadable Guided Meditations (MP3) that are utilized throughout the four-week program and that also provide a seamless transition from the end of the course to the beginning of your independent practice.

This course runs for four Fridays, for one hour. We will not meet on July 4th.
